Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our growing team in Al Ain. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in security, with comprehensive training and visa sponsorship provided for eligible candidates. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for our clients’ premises, personnel, and assets, adhering strictly to company protocols and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas to detect and prevent unauthorized activities, theft, or vandalism.
• Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV, and promptly respond to alarms or incidents.
• Control access points, verify credentials, and manage visitor logs.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and report potential security risks or maintenance issues.
• Respond to emergencies, such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, following established procedures.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues, and emergency services effectively and professionally.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to clients and visitors when required.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy for report writing and surveillance monitoring.
• A strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Willingness to undergo extensive security training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a security role (military, police, or private security).
• Valid SIRA or PSBD license (or willingness to obtain one through company sponsorship).
• Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to speak Arabic or other additional languages.
