Job Description

Join Majid Al Futtaim as a Security Guard & Retail Staff member, an exciting entry-level opportunity designed for individuals with no prior experience. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to ensure the safety and security of our premises while also providing exceptional customer service in our retail outlets. Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
  • Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
  • Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Apprehend or detain individuals engaging in suspicious or criminal activity, following company protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service to shoppers, assisting with inquiries and guiding them to products or services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving, shelving, and displaying merchandise.
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, if required in a retail-specific capacity.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a pleasant shopping experience.
