Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming fruit for quality, ripeness, and damage, discarding any unsuitable items.
• Sort fruits by type, size, and grade into appropriate containers or packaging.
• Carefully pack fruits into boxes, bags, or other packaging materials, ensuring proper weight and presentation.
• Label packaged products accurately and prepare them for storage or shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Operate basic packing equipment safely and efficiently (training provided).
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and ensure smooth workflow.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to a supervisor promptly.
