Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Seasonal Farm Hands. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our extensive growing operations in the Cleveland area, focusing on the care and harvesting of various crops. Successful candidates will be crucial to our peak season success, working alongside experienced growers and contributing to the beauty and bounty of our produce. Accommodation is provided for the duration of the season.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare soil and growing media for planting.
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest various crops, plants, and flowers.
- Perform weeding, pruning, and general plant maintenance.
- Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools safely.
- Monitor plant health and report any signs of disease or pests.
- Assist with irrigation systems and water management.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Package and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm areas and equipment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
