Job Description
G’s Fresh is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Seasonal Farm Hands to join our agricultural team for the upcoming harvest season in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic farming environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient harvesting and preparation of our produce, contributing directly to the success of our operations. Accommodation is provided for the duration of the season.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing various manual tasks related to crop cultivation, harvesting, and packaging.
- Operating basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision (training provided).
- Assisting with irrigation, weeding, and pest control measures.
- Ensuring quality control standards are met for all harvested produce.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on the farm.
- Following all health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets.
