Job Description

We are seeking skilled and experienced Scaffolders to join our dynamic construction teams in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a unique opportunity for qualified individuals, including those requiring visa sponsorship, to contribute to large-scale, complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of scaffolding systems, safety protocols, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient erection, alteration, and dismantling of various types of scaffolding structures in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect scaffolding components for defects and ensure proper assembly.
  • Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine scaffolding requirements.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with other trades and project team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and basic repairs on scaffolding equipment.
  • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Scaffolder (minimum 2 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems (e.g., tube and coupler, system scaffolding).
  • Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations (OSHA, ANSI).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
  • Excellent team working and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scaffolding certification (e.g., CITB, CISRS, or equivalent).
  • Experience with various types of industrial and commercial scaffolding projects.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Basic first aid certification.
