Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer at Accenture, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Salesforce solutions for our diverse client base. You will leverage your expertise in the Salesforce platform to translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions, working within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
• Configure Salesforce platform features such as custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using various technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce applications.
• Stay current with new Salesforce releases and features, recommending and implementing relevant enhancements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules).
• Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience with version control systems (Git preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Aura, React, Angular).
• Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
