Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in comprehensive training modules focused on financial products, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals to observe client interactions, sales presentations, and relationship building strategies.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and client proposals under guidance.
- Learn and apply techniques for identifying client needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions.
- Support the sales team in maintaining accurate client records and tracking sales activities.
- Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing initial support and guidance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall branch success.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and internal policies.
- Participate in professional development workshops and networking events.
