Job Description

As a Retail Team Member, you will be an integral part of creating an outstanding shopping experience for our guests. You will contribute to a welcoming and organized store environment, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring products are well-stocked and presented. This role requires a friendly demeanor, a commitment to teamwork, and a readiness to learn various aspects of retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide fast, fun, and friendly service to all guests, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist guests with product inquiries, locating items, and making purchasing decisions.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and performing light cleaning duties.
• Process incoming merchandise, including unloading, sorting, and backroom organization.
• Support loss prevention efforts by being observant and following company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and maintain store standards.
