Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Part-Time Retail Stock Associate to join our team in London. This role is crucial for ensuring our store is well-stocked, organised, and ready to meet customer demand. You will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving deliveries, and maintaining a tidy backroom and sales floor. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organise merchandise deliveries efficiently and accurately.
- Stock shelves and displays on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-presented and accessible.
- Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe stockroom and back-of-house areas.
- Process transfers and returns of merchandise as per company guidelines.
- Support the sales team by ensuring product availability and assisting with floor moves.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Assist with visual merchandising tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 15-20 kg regularly.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable and punctual.
