We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Retail Stock Associate to join our team in Virginia Beach. This part-time role offers flexible hours, making it ideal for individuals looking to balance work with other commitments. As a Stock Associate, you will be crucial in ensuring our sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and ready for our guests. You will manage inventory, process shipments, and maintain the backroom, all while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload merchandise shipments efficiently and safely.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the backroom, ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Replenish sales floor with products from the stockroom in a timely manner.
• Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed according to company standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and contribute to loss prevention efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in both the backroom and sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store operational goals.
• Support sales floor operations as needed, including guest assistance during peak times.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
