Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organised Retail Stock Associate to join our bustling team in Leeds. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for an individual who is passionate about maintaining optimal stock levels, ensuring efficient store operations, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Stock Associate, you will be crucial in managing inventory, receiving deliveries, organising the stockroom, and supporting the sales floor to ensure products are readily available and merchandised effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and process incoming stock shipments efficiently and accurately.
  • Organise and maintain the stockroom, ensuring it is tidy, safe, and easily accessible.
  • Replenish sales floor stock from the stockroom as needed, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock audits to maintain accurate records.
  • Label and tag merchandise correctly according to company standards.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with stock.
  • Support the sales team by locating specific items for customers when required.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.
