Join our vibrant team as a Full-Time Retail Sales Colleague in Manchester. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide outstanding service, assist customers with their purchases, and ensure our store maintains its high standards. You will be an ambassador for the Marks & Spencer brand, contributing to a positive and productive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and returns with empathy and effective problem-solving.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Support inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and displaying merchandise.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
