Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers warmly, offering personalized assistance and styling advice.
• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend products that align with their preferences and our current trends.
• Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets, including daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting.
• Develop and nurture a strong client book, fostering long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-up and outreach.
• Stay continuously informed about current fashion trends, product knowledge across various departments, and upcoming store promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to create a seamless and positive shopping environment for every customer.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, assisting colleagues as needed.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably with a focus on commission-based sales.
• Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of current fashion trends and product knowledge across various apparel and accessory categories.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with luxury retail brands or high-end fashion.
• Established client book or demonstrated experience in clienteling.
• Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish or other languages common in the local community.
