Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused English-Speaking Retail Sales Associates to join our team in Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our luxury brands, responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and maintaining an outstanding store environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-presented.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and restocking merchandise.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and current promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills
