Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Actively assist customers on the sales floor, providing product information and styling advice.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring products are well-displayed and the store is tidy.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register, handling various payment methods.
• Support the team in inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and replenishing merchandise.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends, sales promotions, and company policies.

Required Skills

• Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of retail operations and sales principles.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise.
