As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Target, helping guests find what they need, processing transactions, and ensuring a clean and organized store. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service, assisting them with product inquiries and location.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts as needed.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both guests and team members.
