Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring a tidy store environment.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers, demonstrating knowledge of current collections.
• Handle customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and organizing stockrooms.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and safe store.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
