Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests promptly and courteously, addressing their inquiries and guiding them to products.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are stocked and displayed correctly.
• Process incoming merchandise, including unpacking, pricing, and placing items on shelves or in storage.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and identifying low-stock items.
• Promote store loyalty programs, special offers, and new products to guests.
• Handle guest returns and exchanges following company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
