Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Restaurant Waiting Staff. As a vital part of our culinary experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and guide them through our menu offerings.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to all inquiries and concerns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
