Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Waitstaff to join our busy team immediately. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

- Process payments using POS systems and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Clear and reset tables in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy restaurant setting.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of local attractions and the Jackson Hole area.
