Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Restaurant Waiter / Waitress to join our dynamic culinary team. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverage orders promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Inspect dining areas regularly, ensuring tables are set correctly, silverware is polished, and general cleanliness is maintained.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and smooth service flow.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Knowledge of food and beverage pairing.
• Current Food Handler's Permit or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
