Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Team Members. This is an immediate start opportunity for all roles within our restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house positions. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers, ensuring fresh ingredients are prepared with care, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will work closely with a supportive team to uphold Chipotle’s high standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh food ingredients according to Chipotle recipes and standards, including chopping vegetables, preparing guacamole, and grilling meats.
• Serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, dining area, and kitchen throughout the shift.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Food handler's permit (or ability to obtain one upon hire)
