Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work surfaces to the highest hygiene standards.
• Assist with the unloading and storage of deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, storage rooms, and general kitchen areas.
• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as needed (e.g., washing vegetables, peeling).
• Empty trash bins and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Operate dishwashers and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the kitchen manager immediately.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with general kitchen duties to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
