Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Porter. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start a career in hospitality and gain valuable experience in a high-end kitchen environment. As a Kitchen Porter, you will be crucial to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our kitchen operations, ensuring our chefs can deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Immediate start available, and no prior experience is required – we provide all necessary training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized wash-up area, including sinks, dishwashers, and storage racks.
  • Assist with the proper storage and rotation of food supplies, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Empty kitchen waste bins and ensure general cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces.
  • Support the culinary team by assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
  • Operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Report any maintenance issues or broken equipment to the kitchen management immediately.
