Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Porter. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start a career in hospitality and gain valuable experience in a high-end kitchen environment. As a Kitchen Porter, you will be crucial to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our kitchen operations, ensuring our chefs can deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized wash-up area, including sinks, dishwashers, and storage racks.
• Assist with the proper storage and rotation of food supplies, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
• Empty kitchen waste bins and ensure general cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces.
• Support the culinary team by assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
• Operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or broken equipment to the kitchen management immediately.
