Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our culinary team immediately. This is an entry-level position perfect for individuals with no prior experience in a professional kitchen who are eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. The Kitchen Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations, ensuring our chefs can focus on creating exquisite dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team.
  • Ensure all kitchen areas, floors, and surfaces are clean and tidy.
  • Handle and store food items and supplies according to hygiene regulations.
  • Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
  • Dispose of waste and recycling properly.
  • Support chefs and cooks with various tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
