Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Porter to join our Olive Garden team in Tucson, AZ. Key Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently, ensuring all dishes, cutlery, and glassware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the direction of the kitchen staff, such as washing and peeling vegetables.
• Support the culinary team by ensuring a steady supply of clean kitchen utensils, pots, and pans.
• Manage waste disposal, including emptying bins and preparing recycling.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and organization of supplies.
