Key Responsibilities

- Manage reservations, seating charts, and walk-in guests efficiently and courteously.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and assist with initial inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
- Assist the service team with various tasks to ensure smooth dining room operations.
- Learn and uphold Fairmont's service standards and protocols.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve any concerns or special requests.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Undergo comprehensive training on reservation systems, guest relations, and service etiquette.
