Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
  • Manage reservations, seating charts, and walk-in guests efficiently and courteously.
  • Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and assist with initial inquiries.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
  • Assist the service team with various tasks to ensure smooth dining room operations.
  • Learn and uphold Fairmont's service standards and protocols.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve any concerns or special requests.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Undergo comprehensive training on reservation systems, guest relations, and service etiquette.
