You will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly, contributing to the preparation of delicious meals for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to Chili's recipes and standards, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and sweeping/mopping floors.
- Store food items properly, ensuring correct labeling and rotation to minimize waste.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, under supervision.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the culinary team with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the kitchen manager.
