Job Description
Legal Sea Foods in Cambridge, MA is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Bussers and Food Runners. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in the vibrant restaurant industry, with no prior experience required. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining areas are clean, organized, and efficiently managed, directly contributing to a positive experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and accurately after guests depart.
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly and courteously.
- Assist servers with refilling water glasses and other non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and storage areas.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring proper plate presentation and handling.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including stocking supplies and light cleaning tasks.
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety standards.
