As a Busser/Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our service staff and ensuring our dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for our guests, contributing directly to an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently and quickly to prepare for new guests.
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, including stocking silverware, glassware, and condiments.
• Support the kitchen staff by ensuring proper plate delivery and clear communication.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, proactively anticipating needs.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a healthy environment.
• Assist in dishwashing or other back-of-house tasks as needed to support the team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and guest interaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and take direction from supervisors.

• Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of restaurant operations (even from observation or personal dining experience).
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
