Job Description
The Cheesecake Factory is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Restaurant Bussers / Food Runners. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and eager to learn the ropes of a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our dining areas are clean and organized, supporting our servers, and ensuring food is delivered promptly to our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and accurately following Cheesecake Factory standards.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and kitchen expo areas.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Support team members as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety standards.
