Expedia Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Remote Travel Customer Service Agent. As a Travel Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with a wide range of travel-related inquiries, bookings, and support. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every traveler. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the knowledge and tools you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for travel-related inquiries, bookings, and itinerary changes.
- Assist customers with flight, hotel, car rental, and package reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Educate customers on various travel products, services, and policies.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and company offerings.
