Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general information.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
- Assist customers with navigation of the Expedia website and mobile applications.
