Job Description

As an Entry-Level Remote Technical Support Representative at Optus, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing essential technical assistance and troubleshooting for a range of Optus products and services. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Wollongong, NSW. You will resolve customer inquiries, guide them through technical issues, and ensure a seamless service experience. We are looking for individuals with a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help others. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote technical support to Optus customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mobile services, internet connectivity, and other Optus products.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and troubleshooting processes.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical support or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in our CRM system.
