Job Description
Shopify is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Subscription Services Assistant to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our merchants with all aspects of their subscription services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will be the primary point of contact for subscription-related inquiries, providing expert assistance and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for subscription-related inquiries via email, chat, and potentially phone.
- Assist merchants with the setup, modification, cancellation, and renewal of their subscription services.
- Troubleshoot billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account access problems related to subscriptions.
- Escalate complex technical issues or advanced billing problems to appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interaction logs within CRM software.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base articles and FAQs for subscription services.
- Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to ensure a cohesive merchant experience.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest improvements to our subscription offerings and support processes.
