Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Computer Science or IT students to join our team as Remote Software Development Summer Interns. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment, working on real-world projects that impact millions of users. As an intern, you will collaborate with experienced developers, contribute to software development lifecycles, and enhance your technical skills. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications and features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
- Document software development processes and technical specifications.
- Learn and apply new programming languages, tools, and frameworks as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Understanding of fundamental software development principles and data structures.
