Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Research Notes Assistant to support our research and advisory teams. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and integrity of our extensive research documentation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing data, transcribing notes, and maintaining digital archives, all while working independently in a fully remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe research notes, meeting minutes, and interview recordings accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and categorize research data, documents, and files into designated digital repositories.
- Perform quality checks on existing research documentation to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Assist in preparing summaries, reports, and presentations based on compiled research data.
- Manage and update databases, ensuring all information is current and easily retrievable.
- Collaborate with research teams to understand project requirements and deliver timely support.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive research materials and company information.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Proven experience with data entry, transcription, or administrative support.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience with digital archiving and document management systems.
