Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Patient Support Representative to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our patients’ healthcare journeys. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential administrative support, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound patient calls, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and reminders.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and address urgent needs.
  • Process patient referrals and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Provide empathetic support to patients, understanding their concerns and guiding them through processes.
  • Resolve patient issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and healthcare compliance standards.
