Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Order Tracking Clerk to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position responsible for monitoring the status of customer orders from placement through delivery, ensuring timely updates and resolving any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to maintain accuracy in our order management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track customer orders across various platforms from initiation to successful delivery.
  • Update order statuses accurately and promptly in the order management system.

  • Collaborate with shipping, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve order-related discrepancies or complications.
  • Generate regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and common issues.
  • Maintain organized records of all order tracking activities and communications.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for swift resolution.
