Job Description

KPMG Canada is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Remote Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, including setting up technology and distributing agendas/materials.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, screening calls and emails, and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Conduct research and compile data to prepare documents for review and presentation.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing administrative support.
  • Maintain an organized digital filing system and ensure easy access to critical documents.
  • Process expense reports and manage invoicing when required.
