Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist for immediate hire on a project-based contract. This 100% remote role involves accurately inputting, maintaining, and verifying various forms of data into our systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing speed, accuracy, and a strong commitment to data integrity. You will be a crucial part of ensuring our operational data is precise and up-to-date, supporting various departmental needs within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into various databases and software systems.
- Verify data for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organize and file documents and information electronically.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies or clarification needs.
- Adhere to company data entry policies and procedures.
- Generate basic reports and summaries as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role (at least 6 months)
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 WPM)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with various data management software or CRM systems
- Previous experience working in a fully remote capacity
