Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction by providing excellent support in English to our global clientele. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, technical assistance, and general product information, ensuring a seamless and positive interaction for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding BMW products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
