Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role (at least 6 months).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
  • Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • A dedicated, quiet home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
