Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, 100% remote position based out of Calgary, Alberta, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet, TV, mobile, and home phone services.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and billing inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and call quality targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and multi-tasking across various applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Fluency in French or other languages.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies.
