Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our remote Customer Service team, specializing in evening and weekend shifts. This is a crucial role for our clients, ensuring their customers receive outstanding support during extended hours. You will be the first point of contact, providing assistance, resolving issues, and building positive relationships through various channels (phone, email, chat). Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
  • Contribute to team success by actively participating in training sessions and team meetings.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (at least 6 months)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as required
