Job Description

In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries related to our range of telecommunications services. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical support.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex problems to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on service features and benefits, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening, empathy, and de-escalation skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
