Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a friendly and helpful experience.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and details in our CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience or offer additional services where appropriate.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications.
  • A dedicated, quiet home workspace with a reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Minimum of GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (call centre, retail, etc.) is a plus, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
  • Experience using CRM software.
