Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for an individual passionate about supporting creative entrepreneurs, ensuring they have the resources and assistance needed to succeed with Adobe products and services. You will act as a primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer support, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the smooth operation of our services for this vital segment of our user base. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line customer support via email, chat, and phone for creative entrepreneurs using Adobe products.
  • Assist users with account management, billing inquiries, product usage questions, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
  • Escalate complex technical or service issues to appropriate internal teams while maintaining clear communication with the customer.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, document preparation, and managing client communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify and address potential customer pain points, offering solutions and guidance.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of customer support resources and FAQs.
