Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our English-speaking support team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home anywhere within Germany. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Key Responsibilities

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
